One of our client is required to send weekly update email to all their clients for movement in net value of Assets invested in stock market.
Sending 50 emails on weekly basis was very tedious work with chances of error due to high manual intervention.
There are various workflow solutions available in the market, but our client was interested in cost effective solutions

NJA Solutions objective was to develop a cost-effective solution which eliminate the manual intervention and improve the controls.
Our developer designed a UDA which was linked to Investor data (email id & detail of assets movement) and email account of our client.
Now every week our client needs to press a button in UDA and it’s done.

Our objective was to ensure transfer related GST expenses with transfer of input material between 2 sites. and to know site wise GST expenses and credit details by site.

We understood the process first and designed an Inter Site accounting process where each site was represented with a code for accounting purposes and automatically GST expenses were transferred with transfer of material

NJA Solutions designer has developed a UDA to help our client in eliminating the manual process. As a process all the input files will be uploaded into UDA and then UDA do the formatting, calculate the FBT and export a consolidate return to lodge.

Our client was very pleased with the solution as there are no manual intervention and he is saving more than 60 hours annually which is equal to $1,500.

Our client is aBuilder and paying GST on inputs used for construction.
As a business requirement, some flats/spaces remain with our client and not offered to public for sale. These flats then rented out to generate rent income.

As per GST law, residential premises are generally no longer new residential premises if they have been continuously rented for five years after first becoming new residential premises. In this case, the sale of the property after being rented out is input taxed. Therefore, our client was required to reverse the GST credit related to property rented out before it was sold.
It was a cumbersome process to do the GST accounting while running different construction sites and transfer of input materials from one site to another. The main problem was with reversal of incorrect GST credit because of non-defined process.
